Terms of being Master Franchise

REQUIRED CRITERIA

  • Live and have operated a business in the desired area for five years.
  • Fully understand all state and local laws related to opening and operating a franchise.
  • Able to provide strategic, financial and organizational infrastructure plans that can help brand development to a larger scale within a reasonable time period.

PREFERRED CRITERIA

  • Strong written and language communication skills in English.
  • Have experience being a multi-unit franchisee or operating several restaurants in the desired area.
  • Have sufficient assets and capital to secure the territory and fund the development of two units without relying on operational cash flow for the first three years.

NON-DISCLOSURE AGREEMENT (NDA) SIGNING

NEGOITATION & MASTER FRANCHISE (MFA) SIGNING

After that, we will discuss in detail the business plan and negotiate the terms of the MFA until it is final for approval and signing.

TEAM TRAINING IN SURABAYA

This training is provided by Doyan Ayam Indonesia on both management and operations levels: raw material supply chain, operations, production, branding etc.

OPENING A RESTAURANT & STARTING A BUSINESS

Doyan Ayam’s team visited the Master Franchisee area to start opening outlets and provide direct training on management and operations.
